Floor Plans

We have a wide range of pre-designed floor plans available.

The ones outlined below are just some of these, with more available on request.

All of our floor-plans are flexible, and your new home can be customised to your requirements.

Concept 1 and actual build

House size: 7.2 x 6.2m
This cedar "logstyle" weatherboard house was built in North Canterbury and is based on Concept 1 with the veranda removed but with additional deck area added and the extra ranch slider to take in the stunning views.

Concept 2 and actual build

House size: 8.4 x 6.2m
This Ply and Batten house in Canterbury has a wider veranda and back door added, giving a cosy, practical retirement cottage for the owner with a good sized deck to look over the lake at the bottom of his garden.

Concept 3 and actual build

House size: 9.6 x 6.2m

This house at Darfield utilizes the 'granny flat' idea as a secondary dwelling on the family property.

This is one and 'a half' sized bedroom house suiting a couple with a study/spare room.

Concept 4 and actual build

House size: 10.8 x 6.2m.

The 'pre-primed' weatherboard cladding on a standard house with added internal access garage, making good use of the narrow section. A ‘flatpack’ house constructed by the customer in Amberley, and he enjoyed it so much he’s looking to do another soon!

Concept 5 and actual build

House size: 12 x 6.2m.

This Ply and Batten house in North Canterbury is a two bedroom version of the standard three bed plan, probably the better option to allow for reasonable bedroom sizes.

Concept 6 and actual build

House size: 13.2 x 6.2m

The show home in Amberley is a variation on this model with an extension to the main bedroom and a wider veranda plus deck on two sides. Additional decking width provides for outside seating and potential barbeque area.

Concept 7 and actual build

House size: 14.4 x 6.2m
French doors were added to a three bedroom version of this house among the olives on the outskirts of Christchurch.

There is also a wide full length veranda to sit and watch the fruits of your labour ripen.

Concept 8 and actual build

A three bedroom layout with separate toilet and a bath added. Clad in the ‘pre-primed’ weatherboard. One of five homes for an earthquake rebuild project.

Concept 9 and actual build

House size: 15.6 x 7.4m

This four bedroom house in Hanmer Springs has a slightly steeper roof pitch and extra battens providing a great board and batten look. The main bedroom has an ensuite added while still leaving a good sized living area.
